Payment Methods

At LabID Technologies we accept several pay methods, all these methods can be used directly and are free of charge.       

On Account

Business customers can order their items on account (purchase order). To place an order as a business customer in our system, we will need your VAT number (and optionally your registration number at the Chamber of Commerce). When selecting this method of payment, we will automatically perform a credit check of the provided information. If the credit check comes out as positive, we will fulfill your order. We will get in contact with you if the credit check comes out negative.

We will send you the invoice of your order via e-mail or post once the order is processed. Our standard payment terms are 30 days net.

PayPal

Paypal is internationally recognized as one of the safest and secure ways of payment. For these reasons, we have chosen to offer this type of payment!

If you would like to select this method of payment, please click on PayPal, then select Complete. You simply have to log into your PayPal account to complete the order. Simple and safe!

Visa & MasterCard

You can also select VISA or MasterCard as your method of payment. The benefit of this method of payment is that the transaction is directly completed, meaning that your order will also be processed immediately. So your products will be shipped sooner!

No extra charges will be brought into account when you choose VISA or MasterCard payment!

Bank-to-Bank Transfer

A payment may also be fulfilled by transfer. After placing your order, we will send you a pro forma invoice per e-mail (PDF format). If you have not transferred the money after eight days, we will send you a reminder via e-mail.

You can book your transfer to the following account: IBAN NL64.RABO.0300600836 in the name of LabID Technologies B.V., under your order and invoice numbers. Your order will be shipped after the payment is received. This usually takes between 1-3 business days.
